Having a Rahanni Treatment
A Rahanni treatment lasts approx 45 minutes with the client lying fully clothed on a comfortable plinth with a light blanket over them. The client may feel heat or a tingling sensations and a sense of relaxation which indicates that the healing has begun. The client may feel a need to sleep during the treatment.
If you are having a Rahanni treatment for the first time, a clearing may take place, which could last up to 24 hours. The client may feel tearful as these negative energies begin to clear.
The treatment is similar to Reiki or any other energy healing in that it involves placing the hands on the recipient. Rahanni is a treatment for the mind, body and soul and it is a very gentle healing but also very deep. With Rahanni the knee area is particularly important as it is believed that emotions are stored in this area.
It is very difficult to explain Rahanni - you must experience the benefits before you judge. All I can ask is that you give Rahanni a chance if you are troubled with any emotional stress, sleepless nights, or you just want to chill out for an hour. I would recommend 3 Rahanni Sessions for the maximum benefit and I would advise that the 3 sessions be taken close together.
